To provide this service, we use trusted third-party platforms, including Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) for messaging, Google (for securely storing inquiry details), and an artificial intelligence service provider that processes message text to generate responses. These providers process your information only to help us respond to and assist you, in accordance with their respective privacy and data protection standards.
