Welcome to Journeyfied Travel and Tours ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking with us, using our website, or engaging our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Services
Journeyfied Travel and Tours offers:

🛳️ Cruise Adventures – Sail away to unforgettable destinations.
🛂 Visa Processing – We handle the paperwork, you enjoy the trip.
🛡️ Travel Insurance – Peace of mind for your journeys.
📸 Photobook Services – Relive your best memories in print.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by airlines, hotels, and suppliers.
Prices may change due to airline, hotel, or third-party adjustments.
Full or partial payment is required depending on supplier policy.
Payments must only be made via authorized Journeyfied Travel and Tours payment channels.
3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rebooking
Refunds and rebookings follow airline, hotel, and third-party provider rules.
Service fees charged by Journeyfied Travel and Tours are non-refundable.
Clients are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and compliance with government requirements.
4. Client Responsibilities
Provide complete, accurate, and truthful details.
Ensure valid travel documents (passport, visa, insurance, permits).
Comply with travel regulations including vaccinations, entry requirements, and safety rules.
5. Limitation of Liability
Journeyfied Travel and Tours acts only as an agent between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators).
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, natural disasters, pandemics, loss of belongings, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property
All content (logos, itineraries, brochures, website content, marketing materials) is owned by Journeyfied Travel and Tours.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be filed exclusively with the competent courts of San Mateo, Rizal, Philippines.
